WOW time flies!!!

Charlie is 6 months old already! Oh my gosh time flies! It seems to go by even faster having two little munchkins running around. He is getting so big. He had his 6 month check up today. He went from being in the 75% in height and weight to the 30th in weight and the 55th in height. I was shocked because he is just under 17 lbs! But doc says he is growing just fine and he is proportional. He was 26 3/4 inches. He is also Army crawling. It is so stinking cute! He is trying to keep up with his big brother.

Big brother is also doing very well. He is a chatterbox and an extremely fast talker! Now I know how everyone felt and still feels about me! Sorry! You know how parents can put ideas in childrens heads, especially children as young as Chris? Well, that doesn't happen around here. Chris comes up with crazy ideas all on his own. He is too smart for his own good! He had Brandon Fischer and Marc Mariani sign the photos that I took of all of them. Then he decided (yes all on his own) that he wanted to give them a photo and HE wanted to autograph it for them. And he did it too. They were happy about it. Now he wants to do the same thing for Bobby Hauck. And the other day we were watching TV and something came on about the Griz and he looks at me and say "Mom, after the next Griz can we still go see my buddies? Cause I want to ask Brandon Fischer to come over to our house and play with me." Well, we are going to the play-off game this weekend and I bet 5 bucks that he does it. There is no stopping that kid. He makes us laugh!

We are going to my Dad's for Thanksgiving. It should be fun. Jimmy's parents, 2 brothers, and his grandmother are going to join us, as well as some friends of my step-moms. Oh and my brother might stop by if he gets back from Kelso in time. We love big family gatherings like that. We are going to do that at Christmas too at my Mom's. Jimmys family again, as well as my Aunt, Uncle, Cousin, and my Grandparents are going to be there. Can't wait!

And because it is that time of year for being thankful....I am thankful that we have great family and friends that have stuck by us through a difficult year. As well as grandparents that have given us a roof over our heads! And I am thankful that no matter how tough life has been for us this past year, God gave us a beautiful baby boy! Christopher and Charlie are the best gifts that we could ever have. I am thankful that Jim found a job! That was sticky there for awhile! We are thankful for ALL of families and our friends! God Bless you! We love each and everyone of you very much!

Enjoy the pics and have a Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!

Fall Happenings

We are recovered from our flu! Thank goodness! Just pushing through the last month of the semester! Can't wait for winter break. The boys are both getting big and very active. Chris is chomping at the bit to put on his skies and get on a sled. Charlie is rolling all over the place! He figured out how to get fromn point A to point B. His first 2 bottom teeth made their grand entrance. His smile is so adorable! He laughs and laughs at everything. Especially his big brother! Christopher can make that boy laugh a deep belly laugh. It is so cute. They really are the best of friends. They had a great Halloween. Chris was a "MotoCross Green-Death Dirt Biker Rider." He coined that phrase himself! Charlie was a hotdog. We made our rounds at friends and family houses. Then we had a Halloween party. Jim was a Gladitor and I was a Goddess. We had a great time! Yesterday, Jim went and threw the football around with some guys trying to start another team. Chris was so excited. He warmed with the guys and watched with the biggest eyes. It made his day watching his Dad and our friend Reggie (aka Uncle Reg) play ball. It was adorable!
